Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept items postmarked within 15 days of receiving shipment for credit or exchange only. Items must be unused and in original condition. Items received following the return period will be accepted at the sole discretion of Kind Karma Company.
Kind Karma Company will always accept exchanges as a result of poor workmanship or quality issues. These issues result in breakage at the time a piece is received (or shortly thereafter) that prevent the wearer from enjoying their purchase. If there is something wrong with your order, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to ensure the issue is resolved. Broken chains are not considered defective or the result of poor workmanship.
All custom / made-to-orders, earrings and sale items are final sale.
Kind Karma gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Furthermore, Kind Karma is not responsible for any gift card that is lost or stolen. We do not store gift card numbers so please ensure you do not lose the email with your gift card number!

Please note that Kind Karma is not responsible for mail that is lost, misplaced or damaged by any postal service or carrier that is sent back to us for exchange or repair.
